Today at school I was confronted they wanted me to fight usually everytime Im asked I just say no and thats then end of it accept today I was ambushed in the bathroom he threw me around till i got sick of it I threw him into the croud left and told him off I should have fought...But I couldnt some feeling deep down since I lost a fight in a week it'll be a year since I lost it well anyways I lost this fight and now I am a huge pushover and Im sick of it can someone please help me before school comes and I get jumped??? P.S. I do muay thai but can't defend myself

Rib shots, bro. I nice solid haymaker to the ribs oughta show him you really aren't messing around. And, if it makes you feel any better, wait until he hits the ground after your devastating blow, and stomp on his ribs ( don't break 'em. haha ). He'll probably think twice before he messes with someone again.

If I was you I would of kicked dude in his head for that. sometimes the worng thing to do is the right thing to do in life. that guy or guys were in the wrong for doing that to you. you did the right move that time and at lest youir alright.

If he gets up in your face, headbutt his nose so your forehead smashes downward on it. It'll make his eyes tear up like waterfalls, and not to mention it hurts like a b****! After that, hit im the throat as fast you can, then the stomach right underneath the chest to knock the wind out of him. Then you can proceed to beat the crap out of him. Don't ever start off by hitting them in face or ribs, all it does is start a fight with him pissed off and a chance for him to fight back. If you stop him from seeing or breathing, well then he's pretty much subject to a beating from a cripple. Oh, and don't start fights if you can avoid 'em. It's not a wimps way out, it's called being mature and saving fights for where they belong-in a ring.
