join a yoga class, sounds happy, but theres a lot of hott chicks in there

Yea pal yoga is a great idea, i used to do yoga along side my Muay Thai class for years for the flexable side of things then it linked greatly into ground fighting from there.

if you can get your hands on mastering the rubber guard eddie bravo's stretches are really good for improving your flexibility. when i started using them i couldn't pull off rubber guard to save my life, but after a month or two it got really easy. plus the info in there is great, even if you don't really plan on using the rubber guard his half guard and butterfly guard sections are worth the price of the book

im not that flexible but i stretch every night. since i weightlift a lot could my gaining muscle mass prevent me from becoming more flexible???
