Whats up Mayhem, I want to know what kind of strength training you do. Recently you were talking about how much you've been lifting. I never lift weights so that is an area I am definitely lacking in and I want to get serious about it. I'm not interested in lifting to look like a body builder, I want to have functional strength for jiu jitsu. So what does your routine look like man, help a brotha out.
