Last week, while rolling, i went up against my first pro fighter dude and he out weighed me by at least 25 maybe 30 lbs. I managed to tap him 4 times too his 2, but i took a nasty arm bar one of the times and its feelin pretty narly. Im able to work out with it still but there is a lil naggin pain. Since your a manimal on the mat you must have experience with similar injury's. Should i cut out weight training a crapola altogether or just take er easy eh?
